Welcome to our lovely home.
Large and airy, you'll find the property is quite spacious with high speed internet available all over the property.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a King and Queen-sized bed respectively. The beds have both been fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure your comfort.
The lounge is just lovely, and cosy. The walls are a calming blue, and you'll find there is a fireplace and a flat-screen TV along with the sofas. It is the perfect place to relax after a day in the city.
The kitchen is large and quite well-equipped. Feel free to whip yourself up a hot and fresh meal with anything you find in the kitchen.
There is also a simple yet lovely dining area where you'll have access to the Garden.
In the garden, you'll find there is a Studio with a desk and wifi which is ideal for guests to use as an office. The Garden furniture in the studio (table, 7chairs, and 2 sun loungers) can be found in the Studio and can be taken out to use. However, do remember to bring the cushion inside when it rains.
For your safety, we make sure the flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience.
Please note: Pets are not allowed on the property. There is a spot for one small / medium car on the private drive.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
Garden furniture (table and 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers) can also be found in the studio and can be used.
