Summary: - The AC was not working, and the room was swelteringly hot. I asked at the front desk if they could look at it, but they said they had AC but would not turn it on until they thought the weather was suitably warmer. The room was hot. - The room had a TV, but it was hanging off the wall, and despite trying multiple times to tune it could only get one channel. I asked at the desk if they could look at it, and they said that this was normal, as the TV reception was really bad at the hotel, so there's nothing they could do. - The Wi-Fi was barely 4 megs, no matter what device we tried it on. - No room service on any of the days we were staying, except for towels dumped on our bed. The room was already dirty and had no soap (although an empty shampoo container was left in the shower from a previous occupant). - It advertised luggage storage, but we were also told that we could not leave our bags with them. Overall, a pretty awful experience.
