Summary: Whilst the reception area was good, as was the food, the room itself needs some TLC. There were holes and water stains on the bathroom ceiling, the paintwork at the bottom of the wooden frame around the entrance of the shower was peeling and a fair chunk missing, in addition to which the addition of a glass door into the bathroom was poorly finished compared to what must previously been there. Overall for the price I paid not bad but not up to the 4* grading the hotel suggests that it is.
