Summary: Besides the some staff on the buffet restaurant the rest of staff is insufferable, they all seem to be doing you a favour, absolutely zero effort to make your stay the best possible, the a la carte restaurants booking system is a joke and I had my check in delayed 30 mins. The entertainment is probably the worst I have seen and at the kids club they basically left my son behind when they went to do some activity with the rest of the kids.
