Summary: Location was great. Carpet in the room appeared ready for a good cleaning or replacement (it would be OK to have a decent grade vinyl plank flooring instead). The nightly room price varies day to day, but overall for the six days it was reasonable compared to some of the other closeby hotel. We chose the add-on breakfast buffet option, which turned out to be a good choice.
