A cozy, modern, and fully equipped studio flat with access to courtyard garden - the perfect base when visiting London! Conveniently located in the trendy and buzzing Brixton and with great transport links, you will be right in the hub of the city. A comfy double bed with memory foam mattress and pillows, Sky TV, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, electric hobs and all the kitchen utensils you will need for a perfect and relaxing stay.
Fresh hotel quality linen and fluffy towels are provided, together with shower gel and shampoo.
Cleanliness is incredibly important for us and our guests, and even more so now as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. This is a CLEAN ENTIRE STUDIO FLAT, our property is cleaned and disinfected. We allow a minimum of 24hrs before each reservation to eliminate any risk of exposure.

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
