There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a snug, a cinema room, a lower-ground-floor lounge, a lower-ground-floor snooker/games room, and a leisure suite in the garage with a sauna, shower, changing area and WC. Outside there is a large lawned garden with patio areas with furniture, two hot tubs, bike storage and a barbecue, along with ample private parking for 14 cars.
