2. Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff will be charged equivalent to the nightly rate affected and cleaner reschedule or cancellation charge.

4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a £250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
8. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
9. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
10. If you would like to extend your booking. you must contact us before 48 hours of checkout otherwise extra cleaning charges may apply.
11. For bookings longer than 14 days we charge a mid-stay clean. This is to make sure you have a clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay and to ensure that our apartments are well maintained.
This is the same cost as the standard cleaning fee that was charged when you initially booked the listing. Mid-stay cleans include fresh linen, towel change, and replenishment of complementary consumables such as toiletries, etc.
Safe and easy transaction as we will collect the mid-stay cleaning fee via Airbnb. If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged for you.
