This luxurious and spacious apartment in a block of flats right across the canal from Victoria Park will have you feeling like you are in your own oasis of calm. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a huge living area with balcony overlooking the canal and Victoria Park, you are also steps away Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This flat would be great for business or leisure travellers – easily accommodating up to 4.
I welcome long stays, and you could easily make yourself at home here!
This large apartment is very modern, with the latest appliances, brand new bathrooms, designer furniture, and located in a building with a lift. It will always have been spotlessly cleaned by a professional team and it is full of natural light that comes from the large windows in the living area. It is also very calm and quiet.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms. The first has a large and very comfortable super king sized bed. The second bedroom is set up so that it can be an extra living room / TV room or a bedroom. There is a sofa bed in here but it is Ligne Roset so extremely high quality (probably a better mattress than you would find in many other beds in London flats). There is a large TV in this room as well.
BATHROOMS
There is one ensuite bathroom off of the room with the TV which has a walk in shower. The main bathroom is off the entrance hallway and has a large tub with shower over it. Both bathrooms are very modern with brand new furnishings and you will be provided with white fluffy towels and toiletries.
LIVING AREA AND BALCONY
The beautiful open plan living area has Ligne Roset furnishings, a dining table that seats four, and ample countertop space in the kitchen area. There is a Nespresso machine (pods will be provided) and a large fridge/freezer as well as stove and oven. The living room opens up onto a lovely little balcony that overlooks the canal and Victoria Park, where you can see everything from runners to swans drifting by to houseboats settling in on the canal. It is a wonderful area to socialise in a beautiful and peaceful setting!
