Positive: Good price. Close to place we need to be. There are plenty of places to park our car.

Negative: Too small for five. We are not huge person, but hardly can stand in the shower. The hot water system is very difficult to use, no information was given until we asked. No dishtowels, no bathroom rug and not enough toilet paper.

Summary: Good price, but the facilities could be better.
