All bedrooms and living room have independent air con units and the master bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed and the second bedroom is a double, all bedrooms have access to the outdoor patio and private garden. On the top level you may find a dining area with garden and sea views next to a fully equipped kitchen. A large lounge area equipped with a 30" flatscreen with an international streaming TV package and plenty of seating with access to a second outdoor dining area and a cosy terrace. It provides a high speed fiber optic internet connection along with a sofa-bed for a fifth guest in the lounge. The second covered outdoor dining area has amazing sea views with a renovated terrace, it boasts with enough seating for guests and has two sunloungers. There are stairs leading down to the private garden and patio with more available seating, a gas powered barbeque, two extra sunloungers and access through a gate to the communal gardens, beach and pool.
