- It's on the first floor.
- That the entrance and hallway going into the unit is relatively slim
-It’s in a block of flats so if you’re a super light sleeper please use earplugs.
- TV does not have FTA - free-to-air (local) channels, tv can be connected to wifi using your device or as soon as the listing's wifi becomes available.
- Please note that there is no coffee maker apart from the kettle.
- Please ensure the bathroom fan is always left on, there is an isolator switch outside the bathroom door please always ensure this is on
- Please ensure you do not leave any food outside
* Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am.
* The full address will be shared prior to your arrival.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for keys forgotten inside the flat. The full cost of replacing the lock will be charged if you lose the keys (a minimum of £200).
* My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners, and soap.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
