Positive: Location.

Negative: Well is the same place that I payed half 6 years ago and each year the price is constanly growing. Nothing improved that could justify the constantly increasing prices. It looks exactly the same since 2019. Starting with this year the parking cost 5 euro / day and I don't understand why because all the time was free. Again a price that cannot be justified but someone considered that a good opportunity to be monetize.
