King-size double bed overlooking gardens at the rear of the building. I love the outlook over all the gardens and the fact the bedroom is not on any road so it is really quiet. . Double glazing throughout the property. Shower room next to the bedroom with shower only with WC and wash basin with cupboard underneath. Large south facing sitting room with 2 balconies overlooking the park- cushions available to sit outside on. One balcony has small table and chairs for breakfast overlooking the park! Sitting room has sofa bed, large plasma TV and Free Wifi.Fully equipped Kitchen with washing machine/dryer ,oven, hob, coffee machine and large fridge/freezer and a microwave.
The park is fantastic with tennis courts and children play area. There are bikes to rent right beside the park. Walking distance to lots of lovely cafes and the shops of the New Kings road as well as the tube/ subway Parsons Green. Loads of restaurants and parks to explore as well as the river Thames which passes close by.
The feature that stands out is the location. Situated in the smartest area of Fulham with quiet and safe streets full of lovely houses. The view from the flat is amazing.
