The house that I propose to you is located in a quiet and secure residence, Sainte Catherine district, 600 meters from the old port.
Ideally located, you can walk to the town centre, to “Butin” beach, or even to the countryside (Chapelle de la Côte de Grace).
Slightly higher, the house offers a view of the Pont de Normandie.
Whether for a weekend or a longer stay, the house is fully equipped and has been completely renovated.
In addition to the secure garage with private parking space, free public parking is located 150 meters away.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with hob, oven, extractor and dishwasher. Appliances such as microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and under-counter fridge. - Living room: Living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs. Large screen TV, Internet available, code on arrival. Dining area with a large table that can accommodate 4 or more people. Small office area.
- The living room opens onto a south-east facing terrace with garden furniture and a high table for outdoor dining.
