Enter the house directly into the reception room offering a comfortable sitting area by the fireplace consisting of a large sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table facing a small TV. At the back of the room, under the skylight is another sitting area with a large armchair and a library, perfect for relaxing with a book. A table for 2 is nicely placed in the space.
LIVING AREA
Ion the lower ground floor is a large sitting area with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a large flat screen TV as well as a desk. The space is nicely decorated with pieces of artwork on the walls.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
On the lower ground floor, adjoining the living room is a dining area with a table sitting up to 8 people next to which is the kitchen providing all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fitted with fridge, freezer gas hob, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a coffee machine as well as an island serving as a breakfast bar.
WC
A WC with a single wash basin is located on the lower ground floor.
FIRST BEDROOM with en-suite bathroom
Located on the first floor, this spacious bright bedroom offers a comfortable king sized bed, bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a TV. There are two armchairs in this room and an-suite bathroom with a combined bath tub and shower.
SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom is situated on the second floor and is fitted with 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers.
THIRD BEDROOM
Located on the second floor, this room offers a king sized bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a small desk.
SHARED BATHROOM
This bathroom is located on the second floor and features a WC, a single wash basin and a combined bath tub and shower.
GARDEN
You can access the private garden through the living room's back doors and enjoy breakfast al fresco as it's fitted with a table and 4 chairs.

No smoking, pets or parties! Please note, the access to the property is made up a few stairs from the street level. Keep in mind for allergies, a dog lives in this home and won't be present during your stay. The homeowner's housekeeper will attend twice a week to water the garden and flower boxes.
