Summary: we got a room that was outside the hotel. completely without charm. it smelled terrible and there was noise from the traffic that was right outside. we were promised parking we didn't get it. we traveled with a dog we were supposed to get bowls for food and water for the dog, we didn't get that. the overall experience was far from what we had expected when we booked online. the price was also high compared to the standard we got.
