Positive: The swimming pool was really nice. It was warm enough with plenty space for other guests. Our kids had a great time by the pool. The rooms are also spacious.

Negative: 1) The bathroom shower is extremely tight. My wife is not a big person and she felt uncomfortable showering there. I had to shower by the swimming pool locker rooms, where I would have enough space for me. 2) The bed in our bedroom made some noises everytime we moved. It was a bit annoying. 3) I booked two rooms with a lake view, but we were given rooms in the first floor, with trees and part of the roof by the window and balcony level, so we basically paid more for no lake view at all. 4) Rooms are poorly illuminated, as there are no ceiling lights, only two small table lamps. 5) But the worst of all was the staff lady that knocked heavily on our door at 11:45 am asking (in a not friendly tone) when we were planning on leaving because check out was at 11am. We were about to leave the room by that time, and I told and showed her that our booking confirmation stated that check out was at 12. In a very rude manner she said that they had already informed booking.com that that information was not correct and that check out was at 11am, as if we were intentionally extending our stay by an hour.
