Summary: Excellent Service and Wonderful Staff! My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. What truly made the difference was the amazing service. I want to give special thanks to Evgenia at the front desk — she was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm welcome and attention to detail really stood out. I truly felt taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back!
