The Space:
The living room is a wonderful space where you can kick back and relax on one of the two comfy sofas while watching your favourite shows on the flat-screen Freeview TV. There is a large coffee table to give you plenty of space to enjoy a good cuppa during your relaxing hours.
The kitchen is a bright space filled with everything you need to keep fed and watered during your time in Middlesbrough. It is decked out with wooden worktops, ample storage space and modern appliances including an oven, hob, a microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and cookware.
Accessible from the kitchen is a private yard with outdoor seating for your convenience.
Each of the five bedrooms feature double beds, a nice touch that makes the rooms comfortable and roomy throughout your stay. The two bedrooms on the ground floor are great spaces to relax in, with blue bed throws to keep you snug and plenty of storage room to keep your items organised. The same can be said for the other four bedrooms which all boast the same features to give you plenty of space.
There are two bathrooms at Gresham House. Both located upstairs, the first bathroom is a practical space with a shower, a wash basin, and a WC, whilst the second bathroom is generously equipped and includes a bathtub.

For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Two parking permits will be provided, allowing free on-street parking outside the property for two vehicles throughout your stay. Parking without a permit is permitted for 45 minutes.

Gresham House is perfectly located for accessing main roads. It’s also a short drive from Middlesbrough town centre where you’ll find shops, restaurants and bars.
The property is close to neighbouring towns Stockton-on-Tees and Darlington. It is also in the perfect location for exploring the North East Coast and the North Yorkshire countryside.
