Enjoy our spacious 3 bedroom apartment each with an ensuite! The perfect apartment for outdoorsy types, sports fans, and sightseers! Just an 8-minute walk to get to Everton Park, a 6-minute drive to Anfield, a 6-minute drive to St. John's Gardens, and then just a 12-minute drive to the city centre.

There's no shortage of things to see and do, and this apartment is a great place to call home for your stay!

The Space:
Three private rooms are provided with the convenience of an ensuite for each. Sleeping eight guests over three bedrooms, each with a double-sized bed and an additional super comfy double sofa bed in the lounge, it's perfect for business stays.

The living space has more than enough room for the group to chill and watch on the 50" flat screen.

If you're feeling like dining in, go for it! The fully equipped contemporary kitchen comes with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Comfortably gather around the beautiful dining table to enjoy your kitchen creation.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole apartment with no other guests.

The Neighborhood:
A residential neighbourhood surrounded by parks and playgrounds! A quick 7-minute walk and you're at Everton Skatepark or head in the opposite direction and you'll find the neighbourhood football field!

Getting Around:
The apartment is within walking distance of all of Everton park's attractions, however, if you fancy venturing into the city centre then there are transport links nearby. With the nearest bus stop being just 3 minutes walking distance away.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

There is a possibility of free parking on street, however, it works on a first come, first served basis and we cannot held be responsible for it.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Interaction with Guests:
We never meet with guests as we like to give them as much space and privacy as possible but we are contactable 24/7 if required.
