The location in the middle of the Thuringian Forest at 600m altitude near Oberhof and Rennsteig, directly at the idyllic Lütsche reservoir, a bathing lake with excellent water quality (listed as EU bathing water).

From here you can let your urge to move run wild.

Whether hiking, skiing and cross-country skiing, tobogganing, cycling, fishing (guest cards are available on request) or swimming in the lake everything is possible here and of course much more.

Afterwards, you can relax on our 200 m² sun terrace with grilled and a good drop.

Our sun terrace cordially invites you with beach chairs and various outdoor furniture.

Each of our apartments has a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cutlery, as well as extensive equipment for cooking utensils and much more. , a cozy dining area, a bedroom with box spring beds and a bathroom with shower or bathtub, vanity and partly separate toilet. Each apartment has its own furnished balcony on the lake side. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the lake and the forest air with fragrant coffee in the morning.

We heat with geothermal energy and operate our holiday home largely with photovoltaics.

An additional bed is available on request (for a fee).
