Beautiful 2-room apartment for 2 persons (67 m²): The apartment is located on the second floor of a very well maintained residential complex with 9 floors and has a very good connection to the public transport network. It was newly renovated in February 2011 and lovingly furnished. We would like to welcome you once in our apartment as a guest. To make all guests as comfortable as possible, our apartment is a Non smoking apartment. We hope you understand. Outside Description: The apartment is located in a modernized Wohnanlge and is surrounded by greenery. It is also very quiet due to the underground car park in front of it. When you look out of the windows, you hardly see the traffic on the street, but you look mostly into the green. Free parking for your car are available on the upper and lower parking level. Here you can park your car safely for the duration of your stay. The Arnulfstraße was until May 2010 Berlin slowest main street. Because of numerous potholes was here long Tempo 10! Now everything is fine again and it can be ridden again pace 50th Location description: The good thing about the location is that the apartment is just outside the environmental zone. Directly in front of the condominium, two bus stops (bus lines 246, 170, 106). It is only 2 stops to the S-Bahn station Priesterweg, from where you can easily and quickly reach the city center. Tempelhof is located south of the city center and is an ideal Ausgabgspunkt to explore the city without a car. Tempelhof is referred to as "a lively district between big city and idyll".
