This lovely, large home with the park on your doorstep is a dream for families. Attractive wooden flooring throughout, gentle pastel colours and tasteful furniture make it a home from home. There’s room for everyone to spread out and socialise: from the industrial-chic kitchen, to the fabulous garden and relaxing living room. The spacious bedrooms are full of natural light, with a juliette balcony in the top room. They’re able to sleep multiple people if you’re travelling as a large group.

The house is located on a really quiet residential street, with the only passing traffic either residents or families on foot heading to the park. You’ll enter the property using a lockbox with keys, which makes check-in and check-out a breeze.
The house is spread out on three floors: there’s a fully-equipped kitchen (with all the utensils you’d expect to find, and even a spice rack), three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and a back garden. The bedrooms have a mix of single and double beds, but all will be made up with hotel-quality linens for you – we also provide fresh towels and toiletries.

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
