On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

Overlooking Clapham Common, you’re only a short walk from Clapham Old Town, lined with delis, butchers, a great Saturday market plus cafes and an impressive list of restaurants. Alternatively a short stroll across the Common towards Northcote Road, and you’ll find a tasty market and some superb shopping with lots of smaller and independent shops.
Just a short tube ride away is the borough market, where you'll find the freshest produce you can imagine. Or take a 20 min tube ride to Oxford Circus and end up in the heart of London.
Clapham Old Town is quaint, with a real community spirit. Its Victorian bandstand and small ponds become a natural meeting point during warmer weather and often hosts fun fairs and fetes. Clapham Common is also the ideal spot for a picnic or to watch the sun go down.
Travelling from our property is a breeze,
It is just a 6-minute walk to the Clapham South Tube Station. Plenty of buses also stop close by and can take you to the centre of town, Knightsbridge, past the Natural History Museum, V&A, and the Science Museum.
We are also close to Waterloo, Victoria, and Clapham Junction if you want to travel further.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
