Positive: The room was ideal. Except missing thibgs that were stated to be in the room, but were not

Negative: The facilities were not as stated. The poor communication with back office staff. There was so much confusion about if i could or could not stay for the following week as booked. Which caused a lot of stress and anxiety which was only resolved on Friday when i left. All the information was made available to all staff and the decision took a week. Very disappointing. The room was good to fair with hair laying on the bathroom floor and no means to cook or store food.

Summary: Not sure i would have my children stay there
