Summary: The room and location are great but the administration is awful! Repeated early morning banging on our door to ask about a breakfast that we’d already declined. After checkout, they hounded us on WhatsApp saying we left our luggage so they couldn’t clean the room (it wasn’t our room or luggage). Most damning, they sent my wife the access codes to the hotel AND my room, when she messaged them with just my name and travel dates (NO booking number and NO identification were asked for)…it could have been anyone that they gave it to. Very low price, so some shortcuts can be excused, but giving out the room code to an apparent stranger is unforgivable. Will NOT be returning.
