Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Very nice local landlady. The holiday flat was clean and there was nothing to complain about. There is a small outdoors seating area with a table and chairs and a view of the vineyards about 100 metres away at the back of the house. Easy parking in front of the house. St. Martin is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Palatinate and it is particularly crowded during the grape harvest between late August and October.

Negative: The flat is in the basement, so you can't see out of the windows and it is therefore a bit dark. There is no washing machine, but this is only a drawback for longer stays. The Internet acces was not perfect. The WiFi signal in the basement was very weak, there was no WiFi signal in the bedroom and the WiFi appeared to be switched off during night hours. Furthermore the "guest network" blocked certain connections. We had to use a hotspot for reliable internet connections. A repeater and proper settings would be a plus.

Summary: Overall, a lovely holiday flat.
