Upon crossing the threshold of the front door, you'll step into a welcoming foyer with warm wooden flooring and airy pastel-hued walls.
The ground floor is divided into a spacious dining area, nestled near the window, and a kitchen outlined with wooden accents, complete with all essential appliances and a breakfast table ideal for breakfasts and quick meals.
Ascending the plush carpeted stairs, you'll find a spacious TV lounge room furnished with an extra large, comfortable L-shaped sofa, perfect for accommodating big family gatherings or groups of friends. Adjacent to the living, there's a versatile conference room with an office space, which can also serve as an additional lounge area.
The second floor boasts two generously proportioned double bedrooms, each featuring ample storage for clothing, en-suite facilities with walk-in showers, and meticulously maintained hospitality standards including professional cleaning and fresh linens for guests.
Venture up to the attic area, where you'll encounter an expansive master bedroom adorned with a comfortable double bed dressed in crisp linens, complemented by a built-in bathroom featuring a large bathtub, shower, impeccably maintained sanitary fixtures, and complimentary towels. To enhance your stay, a professional cleaning service is conducted prior to your arrival, with additional appointments available upon request for a separate fee.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour.
