As you enter the property, you will find real wooden flooring which spreads throughout. To the right is a spacious living area finished in white with a dramatic black feature wall and a matching fireplace. A large white L-shaped sofa dominates this space and faces a big wall-mounted TV. A double bed can be brought into this room to sleep an extra two people. Through the living room, at the far end of the house is a beautifully bright open-plan kitchen and dining space. This whole area is bathed in natural light coming from the patio doors to the garden and overhead windows. The kitchen is finished with white units and wooden worktop. It has all the best and modern facilities including a nespresso machine, Juicer, a large double-door fridge freezer, two ovens with a gas hob and integrated microwave. Conveniently, near by is a large wooden dining table with seating for up to 6 people. The garden has been beautifully finished with white decking as well as a large grassy area. At the far end is a great little storage shed as well as a very large barbecue. On the first floor are two lovely bedrooms. The first is a smart room with a sofa which opens to make a large double-sized bed. There is a stylish and roomy master bedroom. Two windows overlook the bright greenery of Acton Green Park across the road. The en suite bathroom is finished in clean white with a black feature wall of tiling in the shower area – to match the style of the master bedroom. The walk-in shower is very large with an attached power shower, there is also a heated towel rail. The loft is where you will find the final bedroom which has a large double-sized bed with wooden frame and matching side tables. There is lots of storage space for clothes and an en suite finished in cream tiling which has a very large walk-in shower. House Rules: No pets, parties or smoking!
