A newly-renovated house, with a bright and spacious kitchen, and lovingly designed garden. Renovations are completed to a very high spec, with plenty of room to eat or relax in the sun-filled rooms. A short walk from Soho House in White City, The Hoxton Hotel in Shepherd's Bush, and vibrant Notting Hill.
The house comes complete with two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and huge eating and entertaining area downstairs, with high ceilings and newly-decorated interior by renowned interior designer George Jessel. The kitchen includes newly-installed Fisher & Paykel American style fridge-freezer and cooker, boiling water on tap, a separate wine fridge, and sliding doors out onto to a fabulous landscaped garden. A large dining table for cosy dinners in, or use the huge TV room to relax in the evenings, complete with a host of puzzles and boardgames. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed with new memory foam mattresses, and views across our lovely, family-friendly neighbourhood. The shared bathroom includes newly-built marble shower and toilet, with a separate toilet on the ground floor. The property has been designed and built by a young couple and is their first home. We can't wait to share it with you!
The whole house is accessible apart from the Master bedroom upstairs, which is locked.

The kitchen includes a boiling-water tap: this can be activated by pressing the tap down and pulled towards you. Please be very careful when using and do not let children use.
