Summary: Staff was generally unhelpful and couldn’t answer. Basic questions about the facility. There was a community room that they did not tell us about so we were unable to use it. The room was uncomfortable and dirty, the bed mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable. The shower had mold, the drain was plugged up and the shelf in the bathroom was broken and unusable. The overhead sewer piping in the parking area near our car was leaking raw sewage from the bottom of the building. We wish we had spent a little more and stayed somewhere else.
