Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The best aspect of the apartment is its location. It is close to multiple bus routes and also Acton Town tube station is just a 10 min walk. There are multiple restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes of walk as well. Overall our family of four did have a pleasant stay, primarily because of the unbeatable location.

Negative: But our experience would have been better if the owner had paid attention to a few things. The WiFi failed every night, although it worked fine during the day. The master bedroom faces the street, and the only curtain is dark. So, for privacy, if you close the curtain, the room becomes dark even during the day. There is a black ant infestation in the kitchen that needs to be addressed. In the kitchen, the counter space is really small. There is no real place to keep the toaster or the kettle. They pretty much have to share the same space as the microwave.
