The first and second bedrooms come with double beds, wardrobe in second bedroom and drawers in both bedrooms with ample storage for you to use throughout your stay. The bed will be made up with hotel quality linens. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, toaster and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! The bathroom comes with a bathtub and shower head. It will be filled with complimentary toiletries for your stay, as well as fresh towels. The house is in a welcoming residential area and could be the perfect base for your long or short stay in London for up to 4 guests! You’ll find bars and pubs on every corner and excellent food if you wish to dine out, antiques and art markets such as Borough, Bermondsey Square and Abbey Street. Jay Jopling’s White Cube gallery is just five minutes away on foot. If you’re looking to cook while staying at the flat, Tesco Express is located about 120m away from the apartment. On top of that you have the whole of London at your disposal. Nothing is more than 30 minutes away by foot or by bus or train. ## Transit Nearest stations are London Bridge and Borough within 15 minutes on foot. Waterloo and Liverpool Street stations are a 35 minute walk or much less by bus. Direct trains from London Bridge to Luton and Gatwick Airports. Easy access to St Pancras for international trains. Heathrow is roughly an hour away by public transport. The apartment is in the Congestion Charging Zone so you need to pay if driving in or out of it from Monday to Friday, between 7am and 6pm. At weekends, on-street parking is free but you have to pay between 8.30am and 6pm from Monday to Friday (maximum four-hour stay costing approx. £7 for the period). ## Notes NOTE: Scaffolding will be down in a few months due to painting the front and back of the property. Also that the flat is up for sale and there may be some viewings that need to take place. But worry not, you will be informed with more than 24 hours notice. Also, please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
