Summary: Staffs for the first evening are good. Then the staff are not responsive. Reported dishwasher was broken and were promised that someone will fix it. No one has showed up . We had to wash all the dishes after cooking Xmas! Not ideal and disappointed. What a shame for otherwise nice staying.
