Welcome to our recently renovated 2 bed, 1 bath house in a fantastic residential location. It is close to Leeds City Centre, suitable for groups, family relocation, business travelers & contractors, University visitors, hospital staff & visitors and all other short stay needs.
Situated a short drive from Leeds city centre & Roundhay Park, this wonderful home can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The space
Ideally situated just 10 minutes from Leeds City Centre, this cosy back-to-back terraced home is recently refurbished including new furnishings and finished to a sufficient standard throughout. All beds, lamps, soft furnishings and utensils are brand new. The refurbishment included all new paint throughout, new blinds, added security and plenty of smaller upgrades and repairs which brings this property up to living standard. Externally there is a small concrete garden with shared access and on road parking.
*** If you are looking for a party house, or setting for a large gathering, our home is NOT for you. Strictly no partying at this home. We do have a tenant below as well as neighbours with young children, out of respect for them and the neighbourhood we do not allow large group gatherings/parties. ***

A washing machine is also available in the kitchen. All cleaning materials including washing up liquid, hand wash and surface sanitizer are supplied. Tea, coffee, Sweetener, sugar and condiments can also be made available.
The living room consists of a comfortable two-seater sofa with a 49" SMART TV, round dining table with chairs, small coffee table and storage.
Bedroom 1 - Two single beds or a double bed (please confirm your desired configuration when booking). Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, clothing rail, lamps and floor standing mirror.

The bathroom consists of a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet and heated towel rack.
Guest access:
The whole of the property (apart from the basement) is accessible. Guests will have use of the entire house. Access is self-check-in via a lock box and the code will be sent to the guests on the day of check-in.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am.
Prior to arrival we will send you a unique key safe code to enter the property. We believe in letting our guests enjoy their stay alone, however if you do need anything we will be on hand to help you in any way possible.
