Upstairs, you'll find three air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), one with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), and a third with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There are two bathrooms: one with both a bathtub and shower, and another with a walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet.
On the ground floor, the spacious air-conditioned living room opens onto the dining area and lounge. The separate fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, and a large American-style fridge-freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser.
A laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board is also available, along with a separate toilet.
The villa is perfectly suited to families and pet owners alike. A baby cot and playpen are provided, children can safely enjoy the spacious outdoor areas, while your pets will love relaxing in the large enclosed garden by your side.
