The house is entered from the street up steps to the ground floor. There are also stairs up to the first floor and down to the lower ground floor. FIRST LIVING ROOM The first room on the left is a charming living room, furnished in vintage style with a traditional cast iron fireplace, a baby grand piano (digital), and rotary style telephone. Wood flooring and a charcoal grey sofa and armchair create a stylish but comfortable room to relax in, brightly lit by a big window and large lampshade. KITCHEN This room is a large, open space, overlooking the garden with bi-folding glass doors and lit by a large roof lantern. The kitchen is very modern with smart charcoal fittings and polished marble surfaces. There is a large kitchen island fitted with a sink and three breakfast stalls. There is an oven, a gas hob, a coffee machine, and a fridge/freezer. RECEPTION ROOM & DINING ROOM A large, open-plan room with a cast iron fireplace. There is a beautiful large wood dining table with six plush grey chairs, lit by an industrial-chic light fitting. Beyond is a lounge area with two large grey sofas, one of which opens into a double sofa bed. There is a lovely big window onto the street and a large Bose home cinema system mounted on the wall. GARDEN The garden provides a lovely green space accessed through large fully retractable doors from the kitchen. The grass is bordered by a wood decking path which leads to the garden shed. There are olive trees around the edge and large rattan garden set and a table, as well as patio heater, perfect for relaxing outside. BATHROOM The bathroom is brightly lit and recently furnished, with glazed grey tiles on the wall and black and elegant white flooring. There is a bath with an overhead and a hand-held shower, a sink and WC. STUDY & SPARE BEDROOM Upstairs on the left is a small study with a double sofa bed, desk and computer, and a wardrobe with built-in drawers. Perfect as an extra bedroom, storage space, or a quiet study area. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom is a large room brightened by two big windows. There is a king-sized bed, two wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a Smart TV. The room is decorated in tranquil silver-grey tones.
