The flat is in perfect condition (newly renovated), offering a calm, peaceful retreat with garden views, and in a fantastic central location (in Islington), a stone's throw from Arsenal's Emirates stadium. The apartment is within fifteen minutes walk from three underground stations (Finsbury Park, Archway, Holloway), and is served by several buses and plenty of other local amenities. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, are all a short walk away. Vibrant Upper Street (running from Angel station to Highbury & Islington station) and beautiful Highgate village are both a short bus ride away. The bars and restaurants of Stroud Green Road are a short walk away.
