The entire property has A/C (heating and cooling) and has access to strong WiFi connection. The living room is spacious and light, offering comfortable seating, large smart tv, SONOS speaker, and easy access out onto the first of several terraces that looks out over the pool. There is a space for interior and exterior dining, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances expected of a luxury property such as this one.
Upstairs guests will find 3 ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the right and enjoys incredible views from it’s enormous windows that look out across the mountainside and out to sea. Like with the windows in the living room, the windows push fully into the wall when opened, which has the effect of immersing you with the outside world. The bedroom is beautifully furnished and keeps the room light and fresh. The attached bedroom includes separate shower and bath, with heat rail and under floor heating. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, has an attached bathroom with shower, and has direct access to the south facing terrace. The third and final bedroom on this floor offers 2 single beds that can be separated, and has an attached bathroom with shower.
The lower floor features a large TV room with a large smart TV, SONOS sound system, guest toilet, laundry room, and the fourth bedroom. The bedroom downstairs is similar in size to the other guest rooms, offering a queen size bed and attached bathroom with shower. Like the TV room on this level, this bedroom enjoys direct access to the pool area outside. The pool area offers lounge seating, sun loungers, gas BBQ, dining table and chairs, and a heated infinity pool.
The fifth bedroom is ideal for guests travelling with older children or staff, as it is located outside of the main villa and is its own private suite with ensuite bathroom. It is a spacious room with plenty of wardrobe space and bathroom with shower.
