This is a typical London Victorian house. The house has a lot of space, it is split over 3 floors and 220 sq meters with fireplaces and lots of character. The kitchen and bathrooms have just been renovated.
On the ground floor, there is a living room, a dining room and the kitchen with direct access to the backgarden.
The house has a very large kitchen area full of light with a large central island perfect for casual lunches facing the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped: it has a double oven, a large induction hob and plenty of small cooking equipment (juicer, blender, toaster…) and a dishwasher.
The garden is West facing and it has a Weber gas BBQ and a sitting area.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
- 1 master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (walking shower and freestanding bath)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) with a large flat screen TV
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with single bed
The house can comfortably accommodate for 9 people or 2 small families but we can also provide 1 or 2 extra single mattresses on request if needed.
There are several desks in the house and our internet is good, so you can definitely work remotely from the house !
Street parking can be arranged for an extra fee.

The location is very convenient! The house is in a nice residential street with everything you need close by:
- Close to central London: 3 minutes’ walk to the Clapham Junction train station that takes you in 10 minutes to Victoria and Waterloo stations.
- Direct train to Gatwick Airport from Clapham Junction Station in only 25 minutes!
- Very nice parks: The house is in walking distance of Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common (5 minute walk) and Battersea Park (20 minute walk).
- Right next to the famous Northcote road: very nice local street full of restaurants, pubs, shops and bakeries.
- Supermarkets: M&S, Waitrose, Asda, Lidl, Wholefood supermarkets right at your door.
- Many London buses down the road to take you to lots of different locations such as Richmond Park and its deers but also the iconic Wimbledon.
A great base for exploring all that London has to offer!
