Bedroom space is plentiful, the master bedroom on the first floor has its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor serviced by a shared bathroom. The ground floor is the main living space, with the main feature being the grand dining and reception area. Its high ceiling and corner positioning make it a great space to unwind and relax and take in or see out the day. The kitchen area is flawlessly designed and comes equipped with your essential appliances and an alternative dining space.
The property is situated on the second and third floor of the building and within the complex of the building there is a small lift that takes you up to the floor, but would require a climb of a few more steps before you are at the door to the apartment. It is also a ten minute walk from Electric Cinema, one of the oldest working cinemas in the country. If you're in the mood for shopping, browse the world famous Portobello Market, which is just minutes away by car.
It is also very close to Kensington Olympia, perfect for business travellers!
The famous Westfield Shopping Centre is just 10 minutes by bus or a pleasant 20 min walk away.
The excellent shops, restaurants and transport facilities of both Holland Park Avenue and Kensington High Street are within easy walking distance. Holland Park Underground station is on the Central Line providing access to the West End and the City.
