This condo has a unique location at the bend of a canal that opens into Canoe Lake. Great views from the upper and lower decks. Private boat slip right at the back door. Please Note: This property does have a private owners only launch, at the moment we are unable to supply access to this launch. There is a public launch known as Fulton Beach Boat Ramp 1 mile up the road with nearby trailer parking. If you would like to use our boat slip to park your boat feel free to do so. The Bayhouse Condominiums have a designated boat trailer parking section near the 2400 block of the condos. There is a 48 hour maximum parking limit for boat trailers.
There is a Bedroom and Bath downstairs with a King size bed and Two Bedrooms that share a Hollywood Bath upstairs. One bedroom has a King size bed and the other has three twins. NOT AVAILABLE FOR MONTHLY RENTALS IN THE WINTER
