Positive: • Beautiful pub • Spacious clean room • The lady that showed us to our room was helpful and friendly

Negative: • room hadn’t been set out for the people arriving • room was freezing cold on arrival • when we asked about forgotten toiletries eg (shower gel) we were told to go to aldi • wasn’t specified that the 3rd bed was a sofa bed • the bar man on that night seemed very miserable and unwelcoming, was also not asked if we wanted to dine in the restaurant • we were also booked in for breakfast which they had also forgotten about • this last point may seem petty however they only had pg tips which is odd when the yorkshire tea factory is less than 10 minutes away

Summary: Beautiful pub let down by poor management
