Thank you for your interest in our apartment, in which we welcome you!

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house, which is located in one of the oldest parts of Jena. The building was completed in 2012 and the apartment serves as a holiday and guest apartment for visitors from near and far.

The apartment was extensively renovated in 2019 and currently we renew all the furniture (photos are currently still from the old furniture and will be updated in a timely manner). In the entire apartment is installed underfloor heating and darken outdoor shutters, if necessary, all windows.

At the house there is a parking space available. Please note that the apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Lobeda Old Town is located about 5km from Jenas city center. Quietly located, at the foot of the Lobdeburg, you have all the possibilities from here to explore our city of light and your surroundings! Until public transport (tram) is only 3 minutes walk. Hiking trails on Spitzberg, Johannisberg and the Kernbergen can be reached within 15 minutes on foot (Saalehorizontale).

Shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy) can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The University Hospital is about a 15-minute walk or tram stop.

An external staircase takes you to the entrance (access is therefore not barrier-free). The apartment with about 52m² can accommodate up to 4 people (optimal 2 persons> 4 adults + 1 infant in a cot)

We take you on a short tour:
Immediately right the spacious living and dining area with adjoining small green terrace. The kitchen in warm wood tones leaves nothing to be desired and is fully equipped: fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, sink at the window, oven, hob with extractor fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Dishes, glasses and cutlery for up to 6 people as well as pots and utensils are also included. A cozy dining area is waiting for you. In the living area you will find a couch which, if necessary, offers two additional sleeping possibilities. A SmartTV is just as much a part of the equipment as a music system and a small game console.

Now opposite the daylight bathroom with large, walk-in shower, toilet, vanity and towel radiator.

Continue along the hallway to reach the cozy bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
By agreement, a cot, playpen and a high chair are available.
And we are at the end of our little tour.

The basic price, designed for two people, is € 75 per night.
For each additional person 15 € will be charged (children U3 free).
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

Long-term tenants are welcome. (Please ask for prices)
Linen change (yourself!) € 12 / person (sheets and towels) - takes place every 7 days or as needed

Please note: The access to the apartment is not barrier-free, the entrance to the apartment can only be reached by a staircase. It is a Non smoking apartment, where animals are not allowed. Free Wi-Fi is included.

In the front yard area we are not quite finished yet. Here we ask for your understanding.

Bicycle, stroller or the like can be deposited in a separate, shared with the landlords storage room.
