We are 2 single mothers who live in this flat with our sons (2 and 4 years old). Our children are in daycare during the day. One of us works as a bank clerk, the other is currently studying for a Master's degree. The flat is next to the water with a view of the island of Eiswerder. The area is perfect for long walks along the Havel. The Spandauer Forst forest is also nearby. There is a gym with a large wellness area around the corner. This is our personal highlight :) There is a bus stop within walking distance. This bus takes you to Spandau town hall, from where the U7 underground line and Deutsche Bahn trains run.
