This is a recently refurbished lovely family home in the much desired North London area of Muswell Hill.
The home has off street parking and a very attractive curb appeal. The ground floor of the home has been recently converted into an open plan living, lounge, dinning and kitchen area preferably suited for families.
There is a spacious bright living room which can be turned into a closed unit with interconnecting doors, with satellite TV, with Netflix and Wifi. There is ample seating space and a wood burning fire.
The kitchen is brand new with high quality fixtures and fittings. The back part of the house is seamlessly connected to the garden through two large glass sliding doors looking onto a newly landscaped garden and lawn.
The first floor consists of one master bedroom with a large ensuite and one double bedroom (there is a single bed and plenty of room for another single mattress) with its own separate bathroom on the same floor.
The top floor is a newly constructed bright and spacious loft conversion (with far reaching views of the local area) and with a queen sized bed and en suite bathroom. The loft conversion also has satellite TV (SKY TV and Netflix).
This is our lovely family home; we love the communal living feel to the ground floor and the serenity of the garden view.
In terms of the local location Muswell Hill is a family focused area with plentiful restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pubs, bars and its own high end cinema.
There are good and frequent transport links into Central London. For those who enjoy walking and nature there are a range of different parks, woods and the famous Hampstead Heath of within driving, walking and public transport links.
