Welcome to Tooting an up and coming neighbourhood in South London with the coolest indoor markets, awesome cafes, hipster brunch restaurants and bars opening every day!
This 1st floor flat is an 8 min walk away from the Tube, Tooting Broadway station, Northern Line which basically goes across London so you can get anywhere easily and quickly.
It fits 5 people comfortably, 6 people as a stretch as one room has a small double, however if you are looking for a value for money stay in London this house is for you!
The house is made of 3 rooms:
💗 Pink room: double bed, desk & chair.
💛 Yellow room: double bed & big wardrobes.
💚 Cosy room: small double bed.
🛌 Bed linen and towels are supplied, however extra linen comes at a cost
🖥️ There’s also a separate garden office in the garden with a desk and wifi so you can work separately from the main home, with a wifi access point, a monitor, sit / stand desk, keyboard and mouse
👩🍳 Kitchen - kettle, toaster, stove/oven, fridge, microwave, nutribullet, blender.
🚽 Bathroom - shower & bathtub
🪴 Garden - there’s a garden and garden seating is available. Here you’ll find the garden office with a wifi access point, desk, monitor, keyboard and mouse
🔥 Heating: heating is central and the house is kept at 20 degrees at all times which is optimal for comfortability and energy efficiency. You’ll have the ability to regulate the heating and increase it up to 22 degrees
👶 There are stairs without baby safety gates, if you need these let us know, we'll be happy to install them. There’s a high chair and travel cot always available but we don’t provide sheets for the latter so make sure to bring your own!

The flat is an 8 min walk away from the Tube, Tooting Broadway station, Northern Line which basically goes across London so you can get anywhere easily and quickly (30 mins to Victoria & 32 mins to London Bridge). St George’s Hospital is literally around the corner and Wimbledon Tennis is a 12 min Uber away
I won't be available in person during your stay but will be available online if there are any issues and respond straight away.
Hungry & Thirsty? There are SO many great markets, local pubs, bars, coffee shops, restaurants. What I love the most is the South Indian and the street market vibe that has developed here in Tooting.
Hungry & Bored? We have Tooting Market which has a lot of great stalls. Get pizza at Franco Manca, ramen at Koi Ramen, gyros & souvlakis at The Athenian and vegan food at VBelly.
Hungry but on a budget? There are tons of supermarkets/shops within walking distance (Aldi, Sainsbury's, 2 Lidls, Tesco, Iceland).
Pharmacy? There is a Boots nearby.
Clothes? There are a lot of shops around Tooting Broadway station, including a Primark.
Need a little bit of green or fancy a run? Tooting Commons, a beautiful park with a beautiful lake with swans is 20 min walking/10 min running. It's absolutely gorgeous! The river wandle is also not far.
Coming to St. George's Hospital? It's just a 1 min walk away, just around the corner.
UNDERGROUND
From our flat, the quickest way into central London is via the Underground (aka. The Tube) on the Northern Line. It is 25 minutes to London Bridge, 25-30 min to Victoria Station, for example. The nearest station is Tooting Broadway, about a 8 minute walk from the flat.
BUSES
There are buses all over that will basically get you home from everywhere! G o o g l e Maps will give you the best itinerary. There are night buses as well and all of them leave you less than one block from home.
For stays over 30 days I require a short term rental agreement signed between you and me, and a deposit taken. The rental agreement covers:
