Positive: Brought the family (2 adults, 3 kids) to visit my brother and to greet the new arrival, the 1 month old baby girl cousin! I read some reviews about the crime-like location but come on, my brother lives 400 meters away how bad that could be? Well, if you have kids and your brother happens to live on the corner, then this property could be a great stepping stone for your kids formation. Building memories that last and will be shared in future family reunions. Otherwise, if you're on your own, bring the survival kit or perhaps book elsewhere.

Negative: On the night of arrival, be ready to: - engage in a reverse escape room where you are outside and desperately try to duck in; your guest posted you an old street picture, the shops in the picture have all changed and both the digicodes and the number of locks do not match. And yes, outside looks really crime scene. Spoiler: the neighbour is not a killer and eventually will help you get in by kicking the door in the right spot. - rush to the first street shop to buy soap and towels because you did not read other reviews or because you forgot what you read. The kids will love the small street shops open 24/7 in Kilburn Road. - consider going back to buy some lamps because there is no working light in the living room or improvise the indoor moonligth camping night the kids love so much. The morning after: - shower for 5 at your brother's please because there is no hot water in the apartment. And no heating btw because there is no gas reaching the boiler, conclusion you arrived after the kids searched online for the boiler instructions to decode the error message on display. - discuss with the kids of the convenience to pay the bills before they cut the gas, showing them the pile of unopened service invoices left on the top of the fridge, a number that closely matches the missed calls and unanswered messages you sent last night. The conversation will develop into the notion of being scammed and will mark the childhood moment when they realise parents are not superheroes. - receive at 12:00 sharp a programmed, precanned message that the guest is hoping everything is going well and do not hesitate to reach out.
