This is a 2-person shared room in a Shared Apartment. The Apartment has 5 rooms , out of which 2 are private rooms and 3 are shared rooms ( Between 2 people). In total, the apartment is designed for 8 tenants. There are 2 washrooms in the apartment. So, basically, you will have 1 room mate and 7 housemates.
The property is located in Oberschöneweide, a neighborhood with a very authentic taste of a typical German neighborhood, only 200 meters away from HTW University. The street provides all the necessary amenities to have an easy and relaxing life. All shops, restaurants, parks, supermarkets, and markets are around the corner and the public transports are within walking distance.
